I'm a UESCA Certified Cycling Coach. Being in the athletic industry was not something I had planned; rather, it came to me out of my own personal struggles and journey with life. It is my mission to create a bigger impact in helping as many women as possible feel, experience and share the beauty of sport.

My name is Najla Hallit. You can call me Naj. I am from Lebanon and I’ve been living in Dubai since 2013.While many athletes started competing as children, I found my passion for sport at the age of 36. Since then, every day feels like a gift. I am grateful to my family and to my supporters for making this possible.

My Winning Philosophy
I believe in sportsmanship first. The sport is the game, and we are all in it together. While I started endurance sports at the age of 36, I think there is no age for sport.

Whereas men are more likely to engage in sport or physical activity to have fun (33%), to be with friends (23%) or to improve physical performance (26%), women are concerned with controlling their weight (26%), to improve their physical appearance (24%) or to counteract the effects of ageing (17%). These differences may be explained by a need to comply with gender stereotypes: men are expected to be strong and athletic, and women are expected to look pretty, slim and young.
